Here we will show how to correct mileage for Toyota RAV4 S6J3001 with CG100 step by step.
This is a 2019 model. Disassemble the instrument cluster we can see processor S6J3001, mileage data is stored in this chip.
In CG100X you click on Dashboard->Toyota->Asia->RAV4 Rongfang-> 2019-2021 S6J3001.
Scroll down then you come to this and this is our processor.
There are two types of diagrams.
The 1st one is RAV4 2020-S6J3001/CG100_WD
And this is the 2nd pinout-Toyota S6J3001 WD.
We choose 1st pinout. Because the color of the PCB is the same, the sharing points are the same. You can double-click it to zoom in and zoom out wiring diagram.
We connect dash with CG100X via PRO V2 adapter. The wires have been connected onto it. Our V12 has been connected to the CG 100x already.
We start read mileage data. Press Read data.
The chip is being read you could see the chip data.
Save mileage data.
Hit Write data function. Now CG100X will ask input new mileage value you desired.
32172 is our correct mileage. Input value and press OK to write mileage.
Write mileage successfully.
Now it reads new mileage 32172KM. Save new mileage data.
Disconnect power and CG100X. Reinstall instrument cluster back to vehicle and check if it is correct.
