CG100X Repair Tesla Airbag 1512876-00-E Automatically

CGDI CG70 airbag reset tool and CG100X updated the Tesla Model 3/Y(1512876-00-E) airbag automatic repair function, achieving a 99% success rate—far exceeding that of competitors.

Part number: 1512876-00-E 

MCU: R7F701330A Encrypted

Operation mode: Read DTC on bench, reset crash in boot mode.

Required software version: V1.2.1.0 onwards

Function: Write VIN, Write Configuration and Erase Configuration functions.

The CG70 and CG100X’s built-in algorithm includes a repair program that will automatically repair/reset airbag crash. No need to send the airbag module to their factory to repair anymore.

The process involves reading the 95M01 EEPROM data, performing a data correction or crash data reset, then unlocking and reading the 1330A MCU for further repair. Finally, the repaired data can be written back.

 

Read fault code on bench mode.

Reset airbag crash in boot mode.

This process requires opening airbag module and connecting a D1 adapter.

In CG100X software, select American car-Tesla- 1512876-00-E- R7F701330 (encrypted).

Check boot mode wiring diagram.

This function requires network connection.

Connect airbag module with CG100X according to the diagram.

 

Read chip ID and data.

Chip is encrypted. Trying to decrypt data.

Entering boot mode.

Read and save Dflash data.

Click Write.

Erasing chip data.

Writing data to chip.

Repair airbag module successfully.

NOTE:

For Tesla 1872985-00-A part number with R7F701330 processor, CG70 supports diag only. It does not reset SRS crash for this part number yet.
