CGDI BMW Failed to Open Device Error Solution

 Problem:

Has anyone encountered this problem and I have tried to replace the laptop, usb cord, wifi, new software version does not recognize the device and I think cgdi bmw error: failed to open device. 

Sorted with disable driver signature enforcement.
Google the above loads of tutorials.
