CG FC200 Read Toyota Gen3 Denso ECU on Bench

Several advanced tools support bench-mode operations for Toyota DENSO Gen3 ECUs equipped with R7F701202 or R7F701216 microprocessors, including:

• OBDSTAR DC706
• CG FC200 and more

 

In this guide, we’ll demonstrate how to read a 2023 Toyota Sienna’s DENSO Gen3 ECU using the CG FC200. Must have Denso ecu license activated on fc200.

MCU: R7F701202

Select Toyota Denso Gen3 R7F701202 ECU, check wiring pinout.

We have to connect GND, 3 x 12V, CAN-L, CAN-H cables.

Connect main adapter with fc200, connect fc200 with laptop via USB cable.

Identify ECU.

Then read Pflash data.

Back up flash data successfully.

Modified data for DTC off. Then write the modified data back to ECU.
