How to do latest Hyundai/Kia MEG17.9.2 ECU IMMO OFF? Here takes CG FC200 as an example.
1. Read the ECU Data.
Run FC200 Software. Select Bosch MEG17.9.2 ECU for Hyundai.
Check boot mode wiring diargam. Have to connect 2 GPT-0 and 1 GPT-1 boot pin.
Connect FC200 with ECU according to the wiring diagram.
Identify ECU.
Read password.
If failed to read password automatically. Select type as Kia/Hyundai/Honda/Suzuki TPROT8+.
Because diffrent ECUs have different ways to obtain the password.
Read and save password.
Read password successfully.
Now start reading Dflash.
Read Dflash and save.
Read and save Pflash.
2. Modify the original Pflash data to disable IMMO
Use a hex editor or specialized tuning software (e.g., WinOLS, ECU Titanium, IMMO Doctor etc).
Locate immobilizer-related (here upload Pflash) data and disable or remove it.
This can involve:
Removing or zeroing the immobilizer code.
Adjusting specific flags or checksum values.
3. Write the modified file back to the ECU
Use the same tool (CG FC200) you used to read.
Flash the IMMO OFF file back to the ECU..
Hit Yes to verify the file.
FC200 asks password to write file.
Select Password or original file loading and upload password file we read in step 1.
Write immo off file until completed.
